Prices quoted are in US $ FOB State College, PA. Orders are accepted as purchase orders or prepaid requests. Orders from countries other than in North America, Japan, Europe, and Australia are Pro-Forma. Payment terms are net 30 days. Payment via wire transfers may require additional money to cover bank fees. Information for wire transfers will be provided with the invoice on request. The Gem Dugout is not set up to accept credit card payments. Shipping is by UPS ground or US Postal Service where applicable unless other arrangements are made. Oversees shipments are by air mail. Orders are usually processed within two weeks of receipt of order and specimen holders unless we are on travel.
